How it works
1. Join a team
Teams can be any size. Teams are grouped into divisions by size, so small teams compete with small teams and large teams with large teams. Each team's size, and so its division, is locked when the Challenge starts. You can't switch teams during a Challenge.
2. Choose your organizations
In My dashboard, publish the organizations you want to support. It's your choice: you only earn points on the ones you publish, and skipping one affects nobody but you.
3. Share your links
Every organization you publish gets a personal link. Share it anywhere: text, email, social media. Each visitor sees the page in their own language. You also get a personal page showing all your organizations.
4. Earn points
For each visitor, on each organization's page, you can earn up to 4 points:
- 1 point when they first open the page
- 1 point when they play the video
- 1 point when they tap Read more
- 1 point when they tap the eye to see the organization's details
Your own visits don't count.
5. Become a Hero
Reach 20 points to claim one of your team's 2 Hero spots. Every team gets the same number of spots. Once you're a Hero, you stay a Hero for the whole Challenge, and all your points count.
6. Win as a team
Only Heroes' points count toward the team score. When the spots are full, the rest of the team helps by sending traffic to their Heroes' links. The highest team score in each division at the deadline wins. If two teams tie, the team that reached the score first wins.
For organizations
Organizations create an account and build their ad in French and English: a headline, a short summary, the Read more text, a YouTube video and an optional cover image. A site admin reviews every ad before promoters can choose it. Visits and clicks are tracked automatically, and the organization's page shows how many people viewed, watched, read and clicked through to its website. Sign up your organization
